This sometimes involves sending the raw content to a few friends for their opinion on the best possible options or opinions they may have on your project.
  2. Keep your brand front and center: some of the ways of keeping your brand front and center is by keeping it highly visible and unified across your channels. One of the ways of doing this is by creating a unique brand and then symbolizing the brand across all channels. As usual, when you represent a brand that people that people are familiar with, it makes it easier to pass your message.

Besides educating them, take some time out to find out any difficulties they may have had trying to support you. If possible make a demonstration to show them how to go about supporting your cause.
  4. Set up an Ending period: When planning and, or creating a fundraising project (campaign), it is always advisable to set the project's end date as this could send and an urgent message to your fundraisers as to the nature of the cause. A fundraising deadline is particularly important if the cause is terminal or an emergency. Be specific as to when you need the funds. Also, as a good practice, don't be outrageous with your figures.

Always try to deal with apathy because as long as donors believe their support won’t make any difference, they likely won’t give. Value every single donation received through your fundraising campaign. An act of appreciation can mean the world to a lot of people and is definitely not what you should neglect.
  6. Create a campaign video: video is a powerful tool to snare the attention of your audience, it brings your cause to life for them and makes them feel some powerful urge to donate. In your video, be specific, direct, and appealing. Making people donate to a cause has to specifically go in sync with their empathy and social way of life. Add some good humor and embody respect and vulnerability. Make yourself feel dependent enough to be considered.
